Day 1 - In the air with Fin air

6 o' clock in the morning, strolling down the memory lane while crossing the South Delhi roads, we are on our way to Indira Gandhi International airport.The magnificent airport makes you feel that India is no less. Its 10.30 a.m. and we are all set to fly.The Fin air gives you a nice hospitality with a soft green pillow, a cozy green blanket, entertainment screen with headphones and cool remote and off course the malai kofta and palak cornπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹   Courtesy to some fight delay we are rushing to catch our connecting flight at 4 o' clock in the noon at Helsinki airport, Finland, struggling with the rude airport staff. The security staff has taken away my frooti(though 100ml of liquid is allowed) and the immigration officer has inquired us with suspicion in his mind.  Surprising it is snowfall going on at Helsinki with a sleek sunshine. The quintessential "phoren" trip!!!!!

Although its a second time that I am travelling abroad.. But there are a lot of "its the first time" kind of things involved in this trip like...its "The Europe".. no Dubai..no Singapore.. no Thailand.. no Mauritius... its "The Europe"!! Its the "first time" that anxiety is overpowering the excitement of going on a holiday. And what is further adding to the perplexity is that I have no standard tour package booked... which would have been a bit costlier but safer option . Its a trip born out of self exploration and research that I have done in the past 5 months... still many things are in the form of variable 'x' for us, the way we used to assume before solving maths problems. The two young ladies (one young by age ..another young at heart) from India are all set for this 10 days adventure with a shoestring budget.The journey has kicked off today from Jaipur.
